Our free, non-commercial (no-sales) event is a celebration of our creative community - a gift from artists to bring joy to your day. In 2025 over 1500 people attended during the 3 hour period to visit and interact with 70 artists and 3 dedicated art activities hosted across 35 private gardens in Old Oakville. Minutes from our vibrant Lakeshore shopping district the tree-lined streets by the lake, the public parks and the open shorelines of Lake Ontario and 16 Mile creek all enhance, and become part of, this immersive experience.

The neighbourhood is transformed into an outdoor gallery as local homeowners and artists collaborate to share original artworks set amongst the gardens. Visitors enjoy paintings and textile art, mosaics and sculptures. The event offers an inspiring showcase of creativity from Oakville.
