This is the open registration for Art In My Garden 2026 an opportunity for artists (new or returning) to apply for the last remaining places.

EVENT DATE: Saturday 12th September, rain date Sunday 13th September OR Saturday 19th September

GUIDELINES & APPLICATION TIMELINE:

Please read below for all information and associated fees.

  1. Open registration applications acceptance until Monday, April 27 at 12noon.

  2. Artists will be notified of their place by April 30.

  3. Complete application form, filling in all the required fields and click submit.

  4. After you click submit you are immediately required to upload images of your artwork. Both steps must be completed. Please ensure high resolution photos are uploaded.

  5.  Once both steps are complete, await email from our team. If you have a place you will receive payment instructions.

FEE OPTIONS

  • $75 FEE

    ARTIST FEE

    All costs associated with organising & marketing the event are jointly funded by this fee and sponsorships. This fee includes:

    1. A place at AIMG 2026 per the agreement and your name listed on the AIMG website.

    This fee does not include any individual post for the artist on social media, a webpage hosted on the AIMG website OR any links to artist social media or websites.  This fee does not guarantee that your art images submitted will be used in generic marketing for the event (digital or printed). 

  • $175 FEE

    ARTIST FEE + PROMO BOOSTER

    This option is a first come first serve basis as there are only a total of 20 promo booster spots available for artists (returning and new). You will receive email notification if you have checked this option and are within the first 20 to apply.

    This fee is the cost to participate PLUS the Artist Promo Booster. This fee includes:

    1. A place at AIMG 2026 per the agreement and your name listed on the AIMG website.

    2. Individual social media post & social media reel (Instagram & Facebook)

    3. Individual webpage on the AIMG website that includes a short bio, bio image, 2 art images and links to social media and/ or website.

    Artist name and work samples to be included in any promotion of the event using local printed media or local business activation opportunities such as in-person displays.

    This fee cannot guarantee the print or final use of your work/ images as this is the final decision of the media / location owner.

    This fee does not guarantee that your art images submitted will be used in generic marketing for the event (digital or printed).
