RETURNING ARTISTS REGISTRATION FOR 2025
Please complete and submit the registration form below by 12 noon April 18th, 2025.
As a returning artist you have this advance notice to apply for Art In My Garden 2025.
EVENT DATE: Saturday 6th September, rain date Sunday 7th September OR Saturday 13th September
As a community based event we want to be inclusive to new artists and we acknowledge the support from founding artists over the years. This year, returning artists have advance opportunity to apply for a limited period.
During early registration 30 spaces will be allocated to returning artists looking for a host garden.
The first 30 applications be notified of their place the week of April 21st.
Open registration begins on April 28th.
GUIDELINES & APPLICATION TIMELINE:
Please read this entire page for all information which details applying as a returning artist and associated fees.
Complete application form, filling in all the required fields and submit.
Await email from our team informing you of your place. Once confirmed, artist will be required to submit fee and will be given link to upload your art.
If you do not receive an email confirming you have been allocated an early registration space, you are welcome to apply to the open registration on April 28th.

ARTIST FEE
All costs associated with organising & marketing the event are jointly funded by this fee and sponsorships. This fee includes:
A place at AIMG 2025 per the agreement and your name listed on the AIMG website.
This fee does not include any individual post for the artist on social media, a webpage hosted on the AIMG website OR any links to artist social media or websites. This fee does not guarantee that your art images submitted will be used in generic marketing for the event (digital or printed).

ARTIST FEE + PROMO BOOSTER
This option is a first come first serve basis as there are only 10 promo booster spots available for returning artists. You will receive email notification if you have checked this option and are within the first 10 to apply.
This fee is the cost to participate PLUS the Artist Promo Booster. This fee includes:
A place at AIMG 2025 per the agreement and your name listed on the AIMG website.
Individual social media post & social media reel (Instagram & Facebook)
Individual webpage on the AIMG website that includes a short bio, bio image, 2 art images and links to social media and/ or website.
Artist name and work samples to be included in any promotion of the event using local printed media or local business activation opportunities such as in-person displays.
This fee cannot guarantee the print or final use of your work/ images as this is the final decision of the media / location owner.This fee does not guarantee that your art images submitted will be used in generic marketing for the event (digital or printed).

This is an outdoor art show, no tents & no tables are permitted. Rain date is Sunday September 7th and Saturday September 13th.
