If you live in Oakville (i.e you’re a resident here) or you create art/ work as an artist in Oakville you can apply. We genuinely would love to include everyone - our guidelines help us to stay on track.

2025 APPLICATION DATES

Please note early registration for returning artists is between April 14th & 18th. 30 spaces will be open and allotted for returning artists.

Open registration starting April 28th.

APPLICATIONS

• The link for applications is sent to every email address on our Artist List.

• Prior year artists have early registration access for a limited period and for a limited number of spaces. Open registration for all other artists on the Artist List follows this period.

• The application form ‘Artist Agreement’ states “ 1. I am an artist and I currently live in, or create art/ work as an artist Oakville, Ontario.” so if you fit that brief, please apply.

• We allocate places to artists who live in Oakville before artists who ‘create art'/work as artists’ in Oakville.
  
  

  The Art In My Garden vision is to serve as an accessible and inclusive art experience that supports emerging and established artists living in Oakville, each year we aim to include new artists. Thank you for your continued support of our event as we evolve this process which remains unjuried and open for applications for any artists in Oakville.
